Using the menu on the left, you now have the ability to update your contact details and change your password. Please note the password to use the online facilities is the same password to access the Members’ area of the website.

When you click on a menu item, you will be asked to login using your email address and password. You will only need to login once, unless you wish to access the Members’ area, where you will be required to login again. Please note the system will always default to the change of details page and therefore if you wish to change your password you will need to click on the link again once you have logged in.

Your username will always be your email address and therefore it is very important that we have your up to date email address. If you have recently changed your email address you must inform us by emailing guida.owen@theirm.org before you can use these facilities.

If you have not retrieved your new login details, go to the Members’ login page and click on the link ‘If you have forgotten your password, click here to have it emailed to you’ and follow the instructions.
