At AWE you will lead the delivery of our risk management across the organisation and make a real contribution to our improvement, support and implementation of risk management. You will also take the lead across various programmes and projects ensuring a consistent and robust approach is adopted.
Along with a relevant degree, a well developed understanding of the core principles of risk management is necessary. Combined with strong project management skills, you will have wide-ranging experience of supporting and implementing risk management within large and complex organisations. The ability to deal with a range of technical issues and their potential commercial impacts will be key, as will your collaborative approach to working with a variety of stakeholders across the business. Experience of using Active Risk Manager along with Predict, @Risk and Pertmaster would also be useful.
