We are now seeking a new Head of Risk Support to manage a wide range of risk management and occupational health services on behalf of our Partners and other clients. There is a strong requirement to deliver and develop services in line with client needs and agreed service specifications.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is a member of the leadership team with responsibility for providing risk management leadership across the risk team and wider organisation.

Candidates must reflect

• Well developed leadership skills for leading a diverse team and managing stakeholders in planning and delivering services
• 5 years experience in the provision of risk management services within the NHS or a similar or related sector
• Strong track record of managing customer relationships within contracts and service specifications
• Detailed knowledge of policy in relation to risk management and occupational health
• An proven ability to work collaboratively across professions, services and organisational boundaries
