Leading the development and implementation of risk management with the Force, you will provide advice and guidance to Chief Officers, Senior Managers and Members of the Police Authority on all matters relating to strategic and operational risk management issues.

You should hold a recognised risk management qualification such as The Institute of Risk Management Diploma or be an ALARM Registered Risk Practitioner or have experience/a proven track record in the development and application of risk management in a large organisation.

A strong leader with well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills, you will need to operate at a strategic level and to effectively communicate strategic goals across all disciplines of the business and externally.

A presentation will form part of the interview.
