The roles require sound judgement and strong financial analysis, risk management and relationship building skills.  So the likelihood is that you’ll have a background in banking, insurance, asset management, investment, audit, accountancy, law, risk or relationship management.  

The salary band is deliberately broad because we need a range of relationship managers with different degrees of skills, experience and backgrounds. Salaries will be awarded accordingly.
