Risk management is vital to the success of this change, making you a key part of our plans for the future. The first step will be to embed what we have done already and make risk management business as usual. From there you’ll assist the business to optimise opportunities, work efficiently and help senior management make risk informed development decisions. We strive for excellence in everything we do, so resource and support will be on hand to make us a leading example in the fields of risk and risk management.

We need an experienced Risk Manager, with the vision and drive to take a complex global business where it needs to go. You’ll have a risk management diploma, a good understanding of the internal audit function and reporting processes, the vision to help the business understand and mitigate risks and a track record of leading through periods of change. Comfortable working both autonomously and in a team, you have the confidence to challenge senior colleagues if necessary and the overall strategic mindset that takes account of the vision and values of the wider organisation.

Guiding a business of our scale through relatively uncharted territory will be both challenging and immensely rewarding. You’ll set the standard for years to come and play a part in helping the entire business to grow successfully.
