What do we look for in a Business Risk Manager?

• Proven risk management experience within a complex business environment
• Strong understanding of operational risk management methodologies and practices
• Good working knowledge of corporate governance legislation and regulation
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements health and safety management
• Awareness of regulatory requirements relating to aviation dangerous goods management
• IRM or other Risk Management qualification
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)

What will you do as a Business Risk Manager?

• Lead, manage, motivate and develop the risk management team to ensure regulatory compliance and the delivery of an effective, efficient and timely internal risk management service
• Work with the Head of Risk, Safety and Quality to establish and deliver a structured enterprise wide risk management framework within TUI’s Airline division
• Provide risk management process expertise and specialist advice on the management of risk in support of the activity of Finance, IT and Planning departments, and key Airline projects
• Support the development of a risk management methodology within the safety management system so that all airline operational risks are addressed in a timely manner
• Assist with the development of contingency plans and crisis response plans for aircraft accidents or other serious incidents or business interruptions
